This is my journey towards health and happiness through plants. I will share with you what I do to feel my best both mentally and physically. I routinely make fresh pressed juices and smoothies to make sure I consume an adequate intake of fresh fruits and veggies, but I always am striving to improve. I will show you what makes me happy in my life like seeking out vegan food at restaurants, sharing recipes, patio gardening, exercising, etc. Please join me on my journey as I show you it is possible to be fulfilled while consuming only plants.
