Regular exercise can help strengthen muscles and bones, improve cardiovascular health, boost mental health, and enhance overall wellbeing. It is recommended that adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week, which can include activities such as brisk walking, cycling, swimming, or dancing.
