My name is Ryan & at age 30 I quit my day job. I worked full time as a Sr. Front End Web Developer for 8 years, & still work part time as an adjunct professor teaching web development at a local university. Both of my day jobs were awesome! But that can\\\'t shake the fact that I\\\'m completely addicted to the idea of building passive income streams that would allow me to retire from ever working a 9 to 5 job again. I\\\'m going to use this website as a platform to share every detail about my deep dive into how to make money online, which so far, have included making $53K passive income profit in 2017, followed by over $130K profit in both 2018 + 2019 & then $175K in 2020. I\\\'ve invested hundreds thousands of hours into this journey and learned a ton. While I share the vast majority of information for free, I do reserve certain tools, tips, and tricks exclusively for students that enroll into the online courses that I offer.

Hi, I'm Missy and I was born and raised in a holler in deep East Tennessee. I actually still live at the top of that same holler today with my hubs of 30 years, our 7 year old grandson, Aiden, dogs, cats and a multitude of fire ants � I'm a Mom to 4 and a Nanny to 7, all of whom are my favorite people in the world. We're raising our grandson due to our youngest son's addiction to drugs. We've been living in this hell for almost 15 years and it's never been an easy road. Addiction is pure hell both for the addict and the ones that love them! I wouldn't wish this life on my worst enemy. I homeschool Aiden and you'll get to see all our adventures! I love to cook REAL Southern food (most from scratch but convenience items come in handy sometimes too). I can everything you can think of and I plan on bringing you along for that too! This year we're trying something new and doing a container garden. This is a whole new thing for us and I'm sure there will be mistakes made but also a lot of laughter, fun and memories made.
