Pick a time and place Set up a time for you and your partner to talk where you’ll be free of distractions like friends or kids. During the confrontation, you can raise your concerns without direct accusations. Maybe you tell them that you’ve noticed they’re deleting text messages or being secretive about their phone, and you’re concerned. If you have direct proof that they’ve cheated, bring up the facts or show the evidence, and then ask for an explanation. How do guilty cheaters act?
