Fy Nyth (Welsh for "My Nest") is my home's name. Welcome! I'm Ariel. Along with my husband Clay, our dogs, cats, bees, and some poultry, we live in a tiny house on wheels in the mountains of western Wyoming and are working on setting into our own new little homestead. I've been living this lifestyle since 2014 and my wonderful partner has joined me more recently. What will you find if you follow life here? Real life here. I try to show the good and the bad. The ups and the downs. What works, and what doesn't. The parts I love (most of it!), and the things that suck. Not just the showroom version of a tiny house, but everyday life in a tiny house. Not just the romantic idea of "homesteading" or off grid life, but the everyday details of this lifestyle. We split wood for heat, fill the water tank from a gravity fed spring, and attempt to grow as much of our own food as possible between the weather and wildlife here. I hope to help others learn from mistakes and make life just a little easier for anyone else interested in pursuing a similar lifestyle. We live in a somewhat harsh and cold climate, but enjoy the stunning scenery and wildlife that we are surrounded by on a daily basis. You'll also see videos of the nature and wildlife around my home.

Father of Three Children and Uncle of Three Children. This is a channel where we will upload our stories in audio/video format. My brother and I write stories following an intelligent, decisive, and smart protagonist who, by his or her actions, wins over the surrounding women. Gaining their respect, friendship, admiration, and ultimately their love. None of the women in his life will throw themselves at him without earning their mutual respect. Our genre is fantasy, science fiction, paranormal, supernatural, and horror. You'll find unreleased content, pre-release material, development progress, and notes. Character sheets and biographies of all characters. Sexy artwork of all characters, details about their powers, and how our magic system works.

The only person that can really answer it is you - though I’m happy to give you some guidance as well as a get-out-of-jail-free card for workouts on days when you’re feeling extra crampy and fatigued. Generally speaking, working out during your period is a good thing, because exercise helps relieve period-related annoyingness like anxiety, fatigue, and headaches. It may seem like the last thing you want to do when you have your period, but working out can help relieve the symptoms that make getting your period so annoying in the first place. The more active you are [overall] and more regular you are with your activity, the better your periods end up being—less cramping, less heavy flow. When you sweat, water leaves the body, which can relieve uncomfortable belly bloat. Exercise also releases mood-boosting endorphins, which might at least take your mind off discomfort or pain.
