All three are enshrined in the Rotunda of the National Archives in an altar-like setting. Abraham Lincoln referred to these documents, particularly the Declaration of Independence, as American scripture, even using the phrase "American civil religion" when he invoked the Declaration’s place in American memory. We tend to take the Charters of Freedom for granted and hardly recognize that the Constitution was deliberately written in the present tense to make it a “living document.” While these documents are all related, they each have a unique history which helps us to understand their importance and meaning. Together they establish the United States' guiding principles on which people are not bound by tribe, race, religion, or language. Declaring Independence Americans celebrate the 4th of July as the day of Independence, but John Adams, one of the drafters of the Declaration of Independence, thought otherwise. Adams believed that “the day of deliverance” was July 2nd, 1776, the day Congress actually voted to declare independence from Great Britain. On July 4th Congress refined some of the language in the document. Telegram: t.me/s/oneamericanow Forms: constitution.tawk.help/category/forms Common Law Academy. Do you need help? No-one is above the law. Why does this statement seem inapplicable when it comes to those in power. The people who make the laws for our country frequently bypass the restrictions laid down in the Constitution for their own personal gain. Sadly, few Americans have the time to follow all of the laws that get passed by our legislature, and it becomes even worse when you consider the massive quantity of executive orders flowing from the White House. This show seeks to provide you with an understanding of what is truly going on in the U.S. government.

Only when you have an awareness of your constitutional rights and ALSO have an understanding of the mechanism through which those rights can be enforced can you fully claim your freedom and take your own power back. Plaintiffs are able to bring matters to the courts through knowledge and understanding of the law as self-represented litigants - and that is what we are here to encourage, support and educate on. BI2 Technologies is a company that produces mobile iris recognition devices used by law enforcement, among other applications. Here's a more detailed explanation: What is Iris Recognition? Iris recognition is a biometric identification method that analyzes the unique patterns in the iris (the colored part of the eye). These patterns are extremely complex and unique to each individual, even between identical twins. The technology captures an image of the iris, and then a template is created from the image. This template is compared to stored templates in a database for identification or verification. How BI2 Technologies is Involved BI2 Technologies is a company that produces mobile iris recognition devices. These devices, like the MORIS (Mobile Offender Recognition and Identification System), are used by law enforcement to identify individuals during interactions or in situations where there is suspicion. The technology can be used for both identification (one-to-many) and verification (one-to-one). Applications of Iris Recognition Law Enforcement: Iris recognition can be used to identify individuals during traffic stops, investigations, or in correctional facilities. Border Control: It can be used to verify the identity of travelers and prevent unauthorized entry. Access Control: Iris recognition can be used to control access to secure facilities or restricted areas. Criminal Justice: Iris scans are used in some jurisdictions during booking procedures in correctional facilities. Potential Concerns Privacy: There are concerns about the potential for misuse of iris recognition technology, such as over-collection of biometric data or its use on individuals without sufficient cause. Accuracy: While iris recognition is generally considered highly accurate, factors like lighting conditions or eye conditions can affect the quality of the scan. Accessibility: There are concerns about how the technology is implemented and whether it could lead to discriminatory practices.
