If you are anything like me, once I got past all that shock and trauma of my husband’s betrayal, and I began to heal, I grew tired of talking about it. I was all talked out! I realized that talking about it wasn’t helping me rebuild my life. What I really needed was to figure out, “What do I do with my life now?” This is my journey of healing from betrayal trauma, which is similar to PTSD, often called CPTSD. My journey on the pathway to peace took me to places I never imagined, including developing and writing my own curriculum for healing. This program is unique because I actually lived it!
