There are so many thieves in this life. Many hurts, habits and hang ups rob us from ever reaching our true purpose. We can get stuck in vicious cycles and never see a way out. The judgments that others place on us, along with the ones we place on ourselves can become so crippling. I have lived in the shadows of guilt, shame, rejection, abuse, addiction and fear for a good portion of my life. I know I am not the only one! One way I have been able to express myself is through poetry. My hope and prayer for this channel is that whoever may stumble upon it may be encouraged by some of my poems and many testimonies
