Old Fashioned Horse Sense

The term “Horse Sense” goes all the way back to the 1800’s. It was meant to describe someone who demonstrated practical wisdom and common sense. Not only because a horse is a no-nonsense animal that depends on the same 5 senses we do, but also because it is always aware of it’s environment so as to be on the alert for predators. It is that ability to make good judgments and decisions based on common sense that is required of the person who has set out on the trail of entrepreneurship.
