People make better decisions at election time when they are informed about the candidates and issues presented on the ballots. They also are provided information on those issues proposed to our legislators who are voting in the legislative sessions. They can better determine whether their legislators are representing them as their constituents during the legislative sessions.

Technology with it's numerous advancements and benefits, continues to progress at a rapid pace, society is faced with the question of how much is too much. Practicing diversity is more than a theoretical concept, it involves implementing fundamental principles and avoiding becoming distracted by the terminology. Therefore, it is essential to prioritize the establishment of a diverse and inclusive culture that is reflected in our daily actions and behavior at all levels. My fundamental principles for achieving good health and quality of life are: Longevity: maintaining a healthy lifestyle that lasts as we age. Cognitivity: preserving and improving brain function. Performance: striving for optimal physical and mental performance at every age.
