I wish all professors who consider themselves to be spiritual could see this. I've had a lot of spiritual training and really enjoy yoga. However, I feel that the majority of yoga studios are staffed by instructors that are fake, have large egos, and can readily be manipulated. Taking a class from someone with that mindset is extremely challenging. I don't expect them all to be enlightened, but I do expect them to strive for it. Because the class they teach is nothing more than stretching and exercise, they could just as well be working at a regular gym. Finding those who have fully woken to their souls is tough. I'm familiar with the struggles of the ego and unhealthy habits.

The creative talent behind the hugely successful musical outreach programmes ‘Planet Sound Community Arts’, “the Unity Foundation” and “Madula”, William Sherratt assigns much of the credit for his singular approach to the composition and playing music to his mixed race background. Mr Will has travelled the world and performed at a variety of events and venues including WOMAD,Lattitude, DrumCamp UK, Newcastle Jazz Festival, Lancaster Jazz festival in addition to international performances including Senegal, Gambia, Philippines & headlining on the Bayimba Festival, Uganda. 2023 promises to be another exciting phase in the exploration of fingerstyle guitar. Having received backing from the Arts Council England, via the DYCP fund, a series of collaborations with ten international artists will be recorded and made available via his social media, with tutorials and additional material being freely distributed for all aspiring guitarists.
