Dr. Mark Tubbs/USA ist seit 1984 im Vollzeitdienst tätig, davon 24 Jahre als Gemeindepastor und als Bishop/Apostel in Gemeinden in verschiedenen Ländern. Er diente neben Dr. Che Ahn von "Harvest International Ministry" in Pasadena 13 Jahre lang als Geschäftsführer (Executive Director) und Apostel für Mission (Mission Apostel). Derzeit ist er Präsident von "Transformation of the Nations", Teilzeit-Professor an der Wagner University und "HIM Ambassador". Er ist auch der Gründer von HIM Kenia, das 7200 Gemeinden und ein Schul-/Waisenhaus mit 600 Schülern hat. Seine Leidenschaft ist es, andere in das "volle Maß Christi" und in ihre Bestimmung freizusetzen. Ann Tubbs ist Mitbegründerin von „Transformation of the Nations”, einem apostolischen Netzwerk, das den Leib Christi stärkt. Zusammen mit ihrem Ehemann Mark ermutigt und unterstützt sie Leiter auf der ganzen Welt, insbesondere in den Vereinigten Staaten. Außerdem leiten sie jedes Jahr mehrere Missionsreisen in verschiedene Länder.
