I want tell others that I believe Christ and he want his people to be heathy. Your body is a must be treated with love appropriately with the right foods of nutrition and lack of toxins in you will become closer to God. Worship the lord above all thing including entertainment or sports. I am 51 and tested positive for Huntington's Disease, an autoimmune condition over 20 years and have studies applied everything I regarding nutrition and exercise so I understand what it takes beat the disease. I am expert with the subject because. I was saved 5 years ago and it has changed my life forever.
