A very low-carb, high-fat diet is the foundation of the ketogenic diet. We must choose "quality" fats because eating a diet high in fat does not seem to be a very healthy alternative. This kind of food promotes hormonal balance and increases energy. Lowering lipids and hypertension are also advantageous. Although following a ketogenic diet is simple, doing so improperly might be harmful to your health.
