My name is Rebecca Denson. I’m 54 years old and ready to change my life. I hit that awkward middle-aged period in my life where I am wondering what I want my legacy to be and what I want to finish before I am done.\r\n\r\nI have a few goals to accomplish before the end of 2021 like losing 122 lbs to get to goal weight, paying off my house, doing a headstand and changing my profession so that I can stay at home mostly, with my puppy.\r\n\r\nI will be doing things in 30-day bursts – hence, the name “The Next 30 Days”, making a framework of rules to guide my behavior and get things done so it is not overwhelming.\r\n\r\nCome along with me by subscribing to get twice weekly videos, on Monday and Thursday.
