Anti-inflammatory medications, lifestyle changes like improving diet, regular exercise, reducing stress, and quitting smoking can be helpful. Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and polyphenols, such as leafy greens, berries, and fish, can also support the body’s natural anti-inflammatory processes. Health is something valuable, and as such it is a metaphorical kind of wealth. Health is true wealth, something that money cannot buy. The loss of health is a loss of all happiness. Mahatma Gandhi also says, “It is health which is real wealth, and not pieces of gold and silver”. Health is more important than wealth.
