As well, his new children's book Wild Outside won the National Best Non-Fiction (Yellow Cedar Award) and the Best National Informational Book award and took 2nd place for a Rocky Mountain and Hackmatack Book Award. He has also been nominated for Best Artist and Best Group by the International Acoustic Music Awards.
