The Inner Man Show

The Inner Man Show is Podcast based on The Inner Man Project Foundation which is a non-profit organization and community support group, whose focus is to shine a light on the darkness that is men's mental health and mental illness. We are working to end the stigma that men are weak because they are sick, struggling or dealing with unresolved trauma. We aim to promote positive masculinity through our three core values: PURPOSE EMPATHY COMMUNICATION This a podcast dedicated to The Inner Man Project Foundation and the personal development of men in our community and communities alike.
