I'm a US Coast Guard veteran & Electronic Engineer who loves flight simulators, especially Eagle Dynamics Digital Combat Simulator or DCS. I am also a private pilot and try to use my flight training whenever I can, though I have not been able to fly since I have rods and screws in my spine thanks to Uncle Sam. I love flying in VR and believe this is the future for simulators. I sometimes make videos of my flying in DCS and other flight simulators and share them here whenever I can! Welcome to Helo Hounds, our channel is dedicated to bringing immersive DCS World content, with a focus on flying helicopters in the flight sim. Join us as we explore the vast and beautiful world of DCS World, and experience the thrill of flying some of the most iconic and powerful helicopters in the world. Currently DCS World offers the UH-1H (Huey), AH-64D (Apache), SA342 (Gazelle), Ka-50 (Blackshark 3), Mi-24P (Hind), and the Mi-8MTV (Hip) as core (paid for) modules. One great community project to mention is the H-60 (Blackhawk).
