I'm a fitness enthusiast who is always interested in having a healthy life. However, to stay healthy, we need to exercise and eat well. One day, we all need help and tips on how to lose weight, how to keep in shape, or how to deal with a chronic illness. I want to make videos that can hopefully help some people to stay as healthy as they can. There are several good e-books, courses, and products that can keep us healthy. Hopefully, I can list those that have a good reputation and have truly helped people. There is no diet or exercise program that helps everyone. People respond differently to diets, as well as exercises. Find one, and try to stick with it. One thing is for sure, most people need a combination of diet and exercise.
