Hi-Ya! I’m Bobo and my goal is to help kids have healthy bodies and happy hearts! I try to make exercise pun (ahem, FUN) with unique virtual P.E. featuring familiar themes like Super Mario, Pokemon and Minecraft, Brain Breaks, videogame workouts, and plenty of jokes! My videos focus on basic to moderate flexibility, coordination, endurance and strength! You can use my videos for homeschool, in the classroom or just whenever to burn some energy and have some fun! It's not just me! My own kiddos, Prayer and Zadok, join in. They love to exercise and encourage others to get moving! In Eastern tradition, a chronicle of the state of Chun Qiu is known to be compiled as early as 722 BC although 2nd century BC texts have survived. Ancient influences have helped interpret the seed variants of historical traits that have developed over the centuries and continue to change today. The modern study of history began to expand, and included the study of a particular area and the study of certain topical or thematic elements in historical investigation. Often history is taught as part of primary and secondary education, and the academic study of history is the main subject of research at the University.

Thomas & Friends: originally known as Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends or simply Thomas the Tank Engine; later called Thomas & Friends: Big World! Big Adventures! is a British children's television series. Based on The Railway Series of books by Reverend Wilbert Awdry and his son Christopher, English writer and producer Britt All-croft arranged a deal to bring the stories to life as the TV series. In the United Kingdom, it had its first broadcast on the ITV network in 1984. In the United States, it had its first broadcast on Shining Time Station in 1989. ​ These books follow the adventures of a group of anthropomorphize locomotives and road vehicles who live on the fictional Island of Sodor. The titular protagonist Thomas is the most popular and famous character in the series. The books were based on stories Wilbert told to entertain his son, Christopher, during his recovery from measles. Many of the stories from the first four series are based on events from Awdry's personal experience.
