Crying Wolf Podcast

We all know the story “The Boy Who Cried Wolf” in which a shepherd boy tricked others into thinking a wolf attacked his flock. When a wolf actually shows up and attacks his flock, the boy cries wolf again, receiving no assistance by others as they were convinced it was another false alarm. Unfortunately for us this story seems to manifest itself on a regular basis in regard to social issues as presented by major media. The fear is that when there is an event of true injustice, it will not be taken serious because the constant cry of a wolf invoked by certain members of society that turns out to be a false alarm. Join us every week as we bring some reasonableness to the outrage that seems to be consuming certain aspects of society.

Consistency is key! We use the same template for most of our lullaby videos so the young ones are familiar with the low-stimulation actions, but enticed by different effects each video has, along with its change in lullaby music. It's important to have a routine before sleep and if these videos are part of them then they follow a routine too: an acorn family swinging gently side to side as other soothing effects take place. Sensory Lullaby videos were a big life saver for my wife and I during our first year of parenthood. They helped tremendously, whether it was used to assuage a meltdown or encourage a nap! My wife and I are excited to contribute to the community with our own sensory lullaby videos to soothe your child when in need!
