Took early retirement to travel the world with my wife and three kids. Blogging as I go, teaching my children as much as possible about the world and generally having a good time meeting new people. My wife and I both quit our jobs in 2024 and took our children out of school. We lived in the UK and felt that now was the time to take the risk, whilst the kids are still young enough to come with us. In many ways, I wasn't happy with the direction the UK was heading towards, so felt it was as good a time as any to get out and see what the world had to offer. We have no set plans and book accommodation 1-2 weeks in advance, so you could say we're winging it. Sometimes things get a bit stressful, but this is all part of the fun. The Too Dad to Quit Podcast is being launched to inspire and give strength to fellow dads going through the lengthy and often painful process of divorce. We will be hosting dads that have stayed involved in their children’s lives and hearing their stories. The financial and emotional stress caused by the divorce process, the courts, and often starting over from scratch can easily push a loving and dedicated dad to walk away. If we help even one dad through this process, this podcast will be worth it. After 30+ years of marriage and 10 children between them (5 children each), Ben & Yoel each experienced a life-changing divorce. Realizing how difficult it was to lose everything and have to practically start over, they want to help and inspire dads going through divorce to not give up on their kids and their integral role as dads.
