This podcast encourages people to shine a light on the darkest parts of their mind, by doing that myself. It also encourages them to want to be the best versions of themselves, for themselves. Sometimes it is not very fun or enjoyable, but sometimes it is also what needs to be done. I could even say that my main goal is to make sure that I am not the same person that raised me.
