Our first work, as Daughters of Mary, is to comfort the Sacred Heart of Jesus by making reparation for the ingratitude of men and seeking to allay the burning thirst of the Divine Heart to be honored in the Blessed Sacrament. It is the privilege of our Sisters to promote the spread of devotion to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus by all available means. Thus, the other works of the Congregation are things dear to the Heart of Jesus, namely, to assist the dying, to instruct and educate young people, to make religious items available, and to perform other spiritual and corporal works of mercy.
