Families Against Court Embezzlement Unethical Standards (F.A.C.E.U.S.) was founded by a group of families victimized by unjust courts officials. Our vision is one day to have courts where judges are held accountable for their actions. This will mean court officials such as attorneys, public administrators, trustees, receivers, guardians, guardian ad litems (GAL), conservators, and All court appointed officials will face censure and prosecution when their actions harm those in their care, including financial exploitation. We work with Legislatures who see the need for reform to develop statutory regulations defending families with financial planning in place from frivolous lawsuits as well as regulations defending family rights to determine asset distribution without court intervention. This site is for informational purposes only and constitutes first amendment freedoms. We are not lawyers, and we do not give legal advice; instead we want to educate the public with our own life experience to defend what is rightfully theirs and protect the right of inheritance. We want to honor our parent's wishes by protecting the just and proper intergenerational transfer of wealth and stop abusive guardianships happening to our loved ones.
