From escaping her own abuser with her two children and 4 dogs in tow, Alex dove deep into her soul healing after years of traditional therapy helped but didn’t quite get that last little bit of feelings that just seemed to remain stuck in her body. She couldn’t ever shake what it was that seemed to be still causing pain associated with her traumas and limiting beliefs despite having received a significant decrease in response to the traumas thanks to therapy.
