Krieger Gaming is a dual online gaming community and mental health peer-support group! One of the biggest factors in suicide and depression is a feeling of isolation. We combat that by building meaningful connections through the power of online video gaming. Connections save lives! Established as a charity in 2022, Krieger (German for Warrior) was originally created as a gaming group for veterans & first responders around the year 2009. We kept in touch over the years and came together to create a community that combats the rampant mental health issues that plague our veteran and first responder communities.

A grieving mother's journey....

From current ramblings to old videos, this mother who has lost both her children is trying to find her way in this world. Whatever comes to mind that needs poured out, will be. Whatever lovely videos of my beautiful daughters that I want to share, will be. Grief seeps into all aspects of your life. It changes how you see and react to anything. So if I am talking about how upset I am about the spaghetti dinner, it's probably still coming from grief. If I am overly elated about an old picture I haven't in a long time, still grief related. I try to keep to a theme when babbling on but I tend wander (sometimes worse than others). I can most certainly have conversations about pretty much most any topic but this is therapeutic for me. Need to release those little things that eat at me if I am to keep going.
