Not only does the process of cooking and baking improve moods, Aside from health benefits, cooking is also a great way to explore other cultures. It’s also like creating a masterpiece. You can own it and no one can imitate the exact copy of it. From time to time, you’d be surprised by the new things you’d learn. You improve yourself more by making mistakes the first time and correcting yourself the next time. It’s a never-ending process, but it’s fun and fulfilling!
