Therefore, it is essential to prioritize the establishment of a diverse and inclusive culture that is reflected in our daily actions and behavior at all levels. My fundamental principles for achieving good health and quality of life are: Longevity: maintaining a healthy lifestyle that lasts as we age. Cognitivity: preserving and improving brain function. Performance: striving for optimal physical and mental performance at every age.
