Living my best life in West Central Alabama - Zone 8a. My husband and I retired with the dream of living and working the family farm. I lost my husband and best friend in April 2020 but I keep the dream alive working the land and rebuilding the farm. I am raising chickens and learning how to grow in the Alabama red clay. I am hoping to inspire others and maybe learn from my failures and success. As the world is facing more turmoil than we have every seen before and as we witness a clear division of our Society a voice of ‘reason’ and ‘sanity’ needs to be heard.
