Our first 10 episodes will take you from zero to 3 months worth of preparations in everything from food to ammo to medicine. We have exciting guests on our show that teach little known solutions to every day problems we could face in the event of the end of the world as we know it. I am an opensource developer. I tend to either rant, play games, or show progress on my current projects. My coding philosphy: "PIX" (which is also my username) stands for: - Personally implement everything - Implement with KISS - Test everything religiously "PIT" also works. As the "X" is a roman numeral for "10" - but I find "PIX" more alluring. I am a SOLO developer, which means I just work on my own projects alone. I do this because I enjoy programming - and while my GitHub doesn't have everything I have made - I do have myself quite a bit of projects I am working on behind the scenes. The current I am working on is an algorithm, a machine learning algorithm, and from scratch, no libraries or anything - better than relying on obscurity. Now I'm not an idiot about how I view libraries - in cases where it's needed, use them, but I tend to have a critical view of frameworks and libraries - as I usually learn how to work with the framework, --or build with certain aspects-- through reading the code itself.
