“Il vento di nord est” è il blog di Biagio Mannino. Come suggerisce il nome, si ispira alla Bora, l’impetuoso vento, che con raffiche forti, gelide, ed incostanti soffia liberamente sulla città di Trieste. Così sono le idee, le opinioni, le analisi critiche, le riflessioni e tutto quello che, attraverso i post dell’autore, viene qui espresso. Il principio è quello di fornire informazioni e considerazioni al di sopra delle parti dove, per “al di sopra delle parti”, si intende anche valorizzare i pregi ed evidenziare i difetti di tutto ciò che riguarda, la storia, la politica, l’economia, la società nel suo complesso e tanto, tanto altro ancora.
