I had a video there that had over 300,000 views about parasites in a water only fast but deleted it. I might not know a lot about a lot of things. But I know quite a little about "most things health". I have been literally obsessed with " all things health" my whole life. From exercise, weightlifting, rebounding or (mini tramp), supplements, detoxification, air and water purification, organic diet, herbs, amino acids, minerals, hormones, travel, self defense, long extended water only fasts, dry fasts, grounding or earthing, and infrared sauna to name a few. Oh, and my lovely Filipina wife Imelda (or Mhel) and I love karaoke, although I'm told I sing like Kermit the frog! We live off the bank of a 5,000-acre reservoir in Northern Missouri.
