Timelapse photography is an odd niche that has latched into my workflow. The interplay between time and space has always mesmerized me, from back when I was a kid drawing flip books, or using a webcam and taking a single picture each time I added a lego block, to climbing mountains and falling into rivers to get a grip on time. The way time can appear to slow down or speed up within a moment, or a larger unit of measurement, is captivating. This phenomenon has a profound impact on my life, compelling me to strive to capture it through my lens. My goal is to replicate my time spent on this planet in a way that anyone can feel with their eyes.
