I am the owner and CEO of Stepp's Fitness and Bodybuilding L.L.C. I am a bodybuilding and physique coach. I also do personal training and nutrition for college and professional athletes across the United States. I train and coach bodybuilding/physique competitors along with college and professional athletes worldwide. I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer, NASM certified physique and bodybuilding Coach, NASM certified nutrition coach, NASM certified virtual coaching specialist and ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer. I have been personal training for 8 years, I have been working with bodybuilding and physique competitors for the past three years. I have been training college and professional athletes for the last 4 years. I design weekly diet plans tailored towards your fitness or physique goal and I design weekly workout plans for bodybuilding/physique competitors along with college and professional athletes.
