Motovlogging and other adventures.

Hello I'm RJ, a motorcycle and Jeep enthusiast who had the crazy idea to create a channel and learn about film and editing. 602 North was our vintage house (1906) we fell in love with and restored. I never thought we'd sell that house but life has a way of changing your path (ours in the form of our first grandchild) and here we are restoring a home from 1870 - the CH Johnson House - four hours east of 602 North. Coverage of the restoration process, as well as motorcycle vlogs, Jeep adventures and anything else that comes up. I currently ride an 2022 Indian Chieftain Limited. We've owned most of the major brands, including a Can Am Spyder F3-L and two Harley Ultras. We are on our 3rd modern-era Jeep - a Gladiator and had Jeep's years ago going all the way back to the CJ’s. The health care product is often loosely defined as a service. ... A bundle-of-elements concept is presented for the health care product. These conceptualizations help to address how health care providers can segment their market and position, promote, and price their products.

Long Island Nationals Baseball

It is the view of the Long Island Nationals that the time spent during youth sports could and should be the most fun and rewarding experience of a young person’s life. These times should be free from distractions and negative influences that deter from a player’s success both on and off the field. Our goal is simple: to provide our players with the most enjoyable and competitive baseball learning experience while helping them to develop confidence, self-esteem and poise in both athletics and their personal lives without compromising these principles. It is our sincerest wish that all of our players grow to understand that their achievements are neither an accident nor coincidence, but a direct result of their efforts. Dedication, hard work and sportsmanship, not showmanship, are the major ingredients for success, not only in baseball, but in all aspects of life. Finally, it is our hope that all our players will cultivate both long-lasting friendships among their teammates, as well as fond memories that will last a lifetime.

We’ve discovered neurons in CLIP that respond to the same concept whether presented literally, symbolically, or conceptually. This may explain CLIP’s accuracy in classifying surprising visual renditions of concepts, and is also an important step toward understanding the associations and biases that CLIP and similar models learn. Fifteen years ago, Quiroga et al.1 discovered that the human brain possesses multimodal neurons. These neurons respond to clusters of abstract concepts centered around a common high-level theme, rather than any specific visual feature. The most famous of these was the “Halle Berry” neuron, a neuron featured in both Scientific American(opens in a new window) and The New York Times(opens in a new window), that responds to photographs, sketches, and the text “Halle Berry” (but not other names). Two months ago, OpenAI announced CLIP, a general-purpose vision system that matches the performance of a ResNet-50,2 but outperforms existing vision systems on some of the most challenging datasets. Each of these challenge datasets, ObjectNet, ImageNet Rendition, and ImageNet Sketch, stress tests the model’s robustness to not recognizing not just simple distortions or changes in lighting or pose, but also to complete abstraction and reconstruction—sketches, cartoons, and even statues of the objects. Now, we’re releasing our discovery of the presence of multimodal neurons in CLIP. One such neuron, for example, is a “Spider-Man” neuron (bearing a remarkable resemblance to the “Halle Berry” neuron) that responds to an image of a spider, an image of the text “spider,” and the comic book character “Spider-Man” either in costume or illustrated. Our discovery of multimodal neurons in CLIP gives us a clue as to what may be a common mechanism of both synthetic and natural vision systems—abstraction. We discover that the highest layers of CLIP organize images as a loose semantic collection of ideas, providing a simple explanation for both the model’s versatility and the representation’s compactness.
