Who We Are Our country needs us. It's the way our Founders designed our nation to work—the American Creed, a government of the people, by the people, for the people. COS volunteers are passionate patriots who love our country and work daily to fight off the demoralizers, destabilizers, and disruptors. While we tend to be a conservative group, due to our founding and endorsers, our solution is 100% nonpartisan and we welcome all colleagues, regardless of politics. Our mission is to build an engaged army of self-governing grassroots activists and this means teaching each other how to engage with local politics where our voices are loudest and have the greatest impact on day-to-day life.

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word "yuj," which means to join or unite. The practice of yoga is designed to help individuals achieve a state of balance and harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. The physical practice of yoga involves a series of postures, or asanas, that are designed to stretch and strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation. Each posture is typically held for several breaths, and the practice is often accompanied by deep breathing exercises, known as pranayama. Beyond the physical benefits, the practice of yoga is also designed to promote mental and emotional well-being. It can help individuals reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and calm. There are many different styles of yoga, each with their own unique approach to the practice. Some styles, such as Hatha and Iyengar, focus more on the physical postures, while others, such as Kundalini and Bhakti, place more emphasis on spiritual and meditative practices. Overall, the practice of yoga is a holistic approach to health and wellness that can benefit individuals of all ages and abilities. With regular practice, it can help individuals achieve a greater sense of balance, harmony, and inner peace in their lives.

Learn the Constitution. Written in 1787, ratified in 1788, and in operation since 1789 as amended in 1791 with The Bill of Rights It not only can change your country, but could change your life. Do you want to reach out in a friendly way to your local candidate or your existing elected or selected representative to find out if they follow the Constitution? Join our weekly Video Call. Website 1americafirst.org The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America form the bedrock of the American Charters of Freedom, a group of documents which also includes the Bill of Rights. All three are enshrined in the Rotunda of the National Archives in an altar-like setting. Abraham Lincoln referred to these documents, particularly the Declaration of Independence, as American scripture, even using the phrase "American civil religion" when he invoked the Declaration’s place in American memory. We tend to take the Charters of Freedom for granted and hardly recognize that the Constitution was deliberately written in the present tense to make it a “living document.” While these documents are all related, they each have a unique history which helps us to understand their importance and meaning. Together they establish the United States' guiding principles on which people are not bound by tribe, race, religion, or language. Declaring Independence Americans celebrate the 4th of July as the day of Independence, but John Adams, one of the drafters of the Declaration of Independence, thought otherwise. Adams believed that “the day of deliverance” was July 2nd, 1776, the day Congress actually voted to declare independence from Great Britain. On July 4th Congress refined some of the language in the document. Telegram: t.me/s/oneamericanow Forms: constitution.tawk.help/category/forms Common Law Academy. Do you need help?
