In the year 2008, Gurleen was at the peak of her career as the successful and loved head of a reputed senior secondary school in New Delhi, India. During this time, she was brought to an epiphany. She realized that a glaring gap exists between what individuals think they need to excel in the 21st century world, and what they actually require. With a mission to bridge this gap and to empower individuals across the spectrum, Gurleen quit her position to establish Zenith School of Leadership in 2009. She created a groundbreaking curriculum for Leadership, Communication & Emotional Intelligence based on the ‘5 Inner Intelligence Framework' so that whether you're a working professional, a corporate leader, an entrepreneur, or a young person - you are equipped with the all-encompassing skillset needed to join the 'League of the Top 2% Achievers'. Zenith School of Leadership launched its signature program, “Zenith 5Q Leadership Mastery” in the year 2010 by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the then former President of India. With her simple yet profound formulas, Gurleen has personally mentored over 25000 + young people and working professionals to bring about a paradigm shift in their mindset, attitude & perspective in life. Gurleen has been the driving force behind the personal growth and self-realization of the entire Zenith Global Alumni community, as she moves closer to her vision of getting this education to a total of 1 Million individuals across the globe by the year 2025.
