I'm passionate about good public health! I have taken a number courses in complementary medicine and have been active in the wellness industry as, among other things, a body therapist for about 18.5 years so far. I love spirituality, and have done that for as long as I can remember, and I also find science very interesting. For me, there is no contradiction between spirituality and science. On the contrary, I think it fits together and I think that science moves forward much faster if we have an open mind and think outside the box. The above is the starting point for this channel and in my videos I will talk wellness, spirituality and science in a blissful and hopefully interesting mess =)
