Ngày mùng 10 tháng giêng Tân Sửu 1961 tập trung bổn đạo thuộc Giáo Hội khởi công xây dựng TÒA THÁNH CAO ĐÀI VIỆT NAM - Giáo Hội Trung Ương tại Ấp Chợ, xã Bình Đức, Quận Châu Thành, tỉnh Định Tường nay là xã Trung An, TP Mỹ Tho, tỉnh Tiền Giang trên thửa đất rộng 6 mẫu 15 sào 30 thước. Lễ an vị được tổ chức vào ngọ thời ngày 14 tháng 3 năm Tân Sửu (1961). Địa cuộc nơi đây lý thể tương phù, đúng theo phương hướng Bát Quái Tiên Thiên, cung Càn Chánh Nam đương ngọ, nhân sanh khấu đầu hướng về Bắc. Tại cảnh cuộc này, đến tháng 3 năm Giáp Thìn 1964, Đức Chí Tôn ban cho danh hiệu ĐẠI ĐẠO TAM KỲ PHỔ ĐỘ - THIÊN TÒA HOÀNG ĐẠO tức Trung Tu Di Châu, chính giữa Tứ Đại Bộ Châu, Giáo hội CAO ĐÀI VIỆT NAM - TU DI LẠC ĐỒ THỈ ĐỨC.
