“Afili Aşk” narra a história de Kerem (Çağlar Ertuğrul), filho de um respeitado empresário que não o leva muito a sério em função das atitudes irresponsáveis do filho. Kerem acaba ficando responsável pela empresa da família, mesmo local onde trabalha Ayşe (Burcu Özberk), uma garota ingênua e muito sonhadora, que vive com seus dois irmãos, os quais querem casá-la a qualquer custo. Kerem e Ayşe acabam se conhecendo e a primeira impressão não é muito agradável, já que Kerem nunca havia sido rejeitado por nenhuma mulher, até conhecer Ayşe. Numa tentativa de fugir do casamento arranjado por seus irmãos, Ayşe se vê obrigada a tomar uma decisão que mudará completamente sua vida e também a de Kerem.
