Although there are different types and aspects of yoga, Vanessa’s Vinyasa focuses on stretching, bending, twisting, meditation, and breathing exercises to help maintain our temples clean, healthy, and functioning at their best. 1 Cor. 6:19 & 20. The myriad of health benefits include: boosting the immune system, stimulating the lymphatic system, reducing inflammation, and strengthening the nervous system.
