I realized from a young age that my music listening experience was overly analytical. The joy that most listeners get from just listening would only come after I picked apart each individual sound in my head, or as we say in music production each "stem" within a record. Analyzing music became the way I consumed it, and this carried on to my college years when the curiosity became too much for me not dive completely into the music I found so attractive. Five years after I dropped out of college to pursue music and I've had the pleasure of producing, engineering, signing, and managing the best acts in Iowa. From the inception of my company, Sonic Candy Records, I have put business forth in anything that I do. Through unthinkable sacrifices, experiences unspoken, and humbleness to know when to shut the fuck up; I've now arrived.
