Hi! I am an experience-expert in #highsensitivity and being an #empath . After struggling throughout my life, I found out in 2016 that I'm an empath. This discovery was such an eye-opener for me, that it triggered a huge transformation wherein I learned what caused all my struggles and how me being an empath relates to that. Now - 7+ years later - I've grown into Sylvana 2.0, feeling resilient, confident and experiencing inner peace. This is also thanks to my years of experience in #personalgrowth and #spiritualgrowth .
