Hej, ich bin Michaela und starte hier das Projekt "Selbstversorgung nach Anthony William" - ein Selbstversuch, in welchem Umfang dies möglich ist. Dabei möchte ich ganz praktisch folgenden Themen nachgehen: - Obst & Gemüse auch auf kleiner Fläche (Mini-Garten, Balkon, Fensterbank) - Vorräte von der Ernte anlegen und lagern ohne unerwünschte Zusatzstoffe - Von AW empfohlene Wildkräuter & Wildsammlung - Seelenpflege & adrenalinfreie Zeit im Alltag - NEMs & Tinkturen konform selber herstellen und/oder die Versorgung von sauberen NEMs sicherstellen - Haushaltsprodukte & Körperpflege Alles so einfach wie möglich in der Umsetzung, ohne übermäßigen Aufwand und je nach seinen individuellen Möglichkeiten - nach dem Motto: Selbstversorgung = Selbstfürsorge :)
