This is a healthy choice for everybody. Reduce your use of alcoholic beverages. Alcohol, including beer, contains a lot of calories. Don't eat absolutely no carbohydrates, sugar, fats, or salt. Those are all necessary for your body. Only decrease the amount by a little, but never to zero.
