Here's where hair styling starts making sense. I have worked as a hair stylist for 7 years and spend 4 of those years in management training others to do hair. I aspire to help teach others about hair while offering encouragement and realistic expectations. One challenge of working in the salon was people's unrealistic expectations that they got from social media. Social media is not real! It is full of filters, photoshop, and completely artificially generated content. You hair will never look like it was photoshopped in real life but it can still look great. My goal is to help people not only learn to style their hair, but embrace their hair for its natural beauty! I want people to learn that perfection is not necessary and while learning new skills can be challenging, it is more than possible!
