Bountiful Yoga🌟 This 10 minute bedtime yoga is the perfect way to start or end your day; it will help you clear your head, calm the body and let go of any tension or stress that you've been carrying. A beginner yoga class that will release tension from the hips, back and shoulders which can be done anywhere even in your own bed. Taking just a few minutes out of our day to unwind is one of the best ways to allow our mind to relax. When our mind is relaxed so is our body. To make it extra cosy feel free to use extra pillows and blankets. Turn the lights low, and take the next 10 mins to let go and relax!
