Rank 3 Hand Combinations, Bridge Set
25 videos
Updated 14 days ago
This set simply adds transitional elements of Trapping, Clinching, and/or Takedowns to the original combination. While these elements are mostly trained with partners, the combinations here assist with transitional work, in bridging from outside hand striking range to closing in. Some kicks are used in these combinations, but mostly as finishers.
